Details: As part of optimising our network, we are moving the gateway for network range 27.111.90.0/23 (gateway 27.111.91.254) to a new network device which will optimise traffic on this range into the future.
Customer Impact: A brief outage only for services using network range 27.111.90.0/23 will be observed while the gateway is moved. If your IP address is not in this range, there is no impact. The interruption is expected to be brief at under 15 minutes.
Our team will be actively monitoring the environment throughout the process and provide updates as needed.
