We will be performing emergency maintenance on our backend billing system to apply an important security patch.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience short periods where billing-related functions in the customer portal are unavailable or intermittently disrupted. This may include viewing invoices, making payments, updating billing details, or accessing other account billing functions.
Core hosting, network, and infrastructure services are not expected to be impacted.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we complete this important security maintenance.
