We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Sydney 25G network, which underpins the following services:

- Enterprise Dedicated Servers (Dual-homed)
- Private Cloud (Dual-homed)
- VPS (Dual-homed)
- FortiGate Firewalls (Dual-homed)
- NetApp Storage Infrastructure (Dual-homed)

During this maintenance, we will be upgrading the firmware of all switches in the topology to patch a known software bug.

Impact:
- Dual-homed services: No impact is expected.
- Single-homed services: Customers may experience a service interruption of up to 10 minutes while switches reload and restart services. Single-homed customers have already been contacted directly regarding this work.
