Scheduled

We will be undertaking emergency maintenance on our Sydney firewall infrastructure following a recent security advisory issued by our firewall vendor.

During this maintenance window, our engineering team will be performing firmware upgrades to address potential security vulnerabilities and ensure the ongoing security and stability of our infrastructure.

Customers with services utilising our Sydney firewall infrastructure may experience intermittent connectivity disruptions during the maintenance window. We expect the total service disruption to remain under 5 minutes.

This may include temporary interruptions to network traffic and VPN connections while the upgrades are performed.

Our engineers will be actively monitoring the infrastructure throughout the maintenance and will work to minimise any service disruption.

We apologise for the short notice and any inconvenience this essential security maintenance may cause.
