Network Embargo Period Dec 15, 2025 09:00 - Jan 12, 2026 09:00 AEDT

To ensure network stability during the holiday season, Servers Australia will implement a change freeze on all core network changes from 9:00 AM, 15th December 2025 to 9:00 AM, 12th January 2026.

During this embargo period:

  • Provisioning of new services may experience delays.

  • Services that require core network changes will face extended delays until after the embargo ends.



All general (non-core) changes will continue as usual, and the Servers Australia NOC will be available during business hours to assist with any support requests.



To avoid disruptions, we encourage customers to submit any urgent provisioning requests or planned changes well in advance of the embargo period.

DESCRIPTION: As part of our their preventative maintenance program, the maintenance on the rotary UPS & generator ATS systems will be performed. Equinix is undertaking this comprehensive maintenance in order to maintain high operational standards and minimize the risk of disruption.

During the scheduled window, the UPS will be placed into external bypass with load being supplied from generator. Works will be conducted on one system at a time ensuring there will be no disruption to the operational environment.
