In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Dec 15, 2025 - 09:00 AEDT
Scheduled - To ensure network stability during the holiday season, Servers Australia will implement a change freeze on all core network changes from 9:00 AM, 15th December 2025 to 9:00 AM, 12th January 2026.
During this embargo period:
Provisioning of new services may experience delays.
Services that require core network changes will face extended delays until after the embargo ends.
All general (non-core) changes will continue as usual, and the Servers Australia NOC will be available during business hours to assist with any support requests.
To avoid disruptions, we encourage customers to submit any urgent provisioning requests or planned changes well in advance of the embargo period.
If you have any questions or concerns about how this may impact your services, please contact our support team.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Monitoring -
Our engineers identified a large amount of outbound traffic coming from the VDC edge networking services.
This traffic caused the edge to become intermittently unavailable for some customers.
The offending network has been identified and isolated.
All services have been restored.
Please log a case in the MySAU portal if you are still experiencing issues.
Dec 10, 07:51 AEDT
Update -
We are continuing to investigate this issue with our Engineering team.
Dec 10, 06:36 AEDT

Dec 9, 15:09 AEDT
Resolved -
Whilst replacing the optic the technician inadvertently caused an interruption to traffic for services within Equinix PE2. We have resolved the connectivity issue and postponed additional works regarding this module replacement.
The approximate window was between 05:39:05 and 05:46:00 UTC +0.
If you experienced any issues during this period or have any questions, please get in contact with our Support team.
Dec 9, 17:14 AEDT
Monitoring -
Engineers have identified an optical module in a pre-failure state and are working with technicians to replace the module. The module being replaced is used to connect to one of our upstream transit providers. No interruption to service is expected, though redundancy will be reduced until this work is completed.
We will provide further updates as available, and set this status to resolved when work is concluded.
